The research group Public Administration & Management, department Political Sciences of the University of Antwerp, is looking for a doctoral researcher (scholarship) for a four year internationally comparative project about public service innovation through partnerships between public and private actors.
The research is part of the EU H2020 financed TROPICO project and will focus on explaining how and why partnerships between governments and private actors lead to public service innovation and the role of citizen/user participation and ICT in these innovation processes. Partnerships in different countries and sectors are studied in collaboration with other universities, using several research methods.
A good command of research methods is necessary, as well as of Dutch and English.
