Societatea Română de Drept European (SRDE) – Romanian Society of European Law, in collaboration with EGPA Member, the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, and other partners organizes the second edition of the International Conference:

CURRENT ISSUES OF THE EU POLITICAL-LEGAL SPACE

In 2015, SRDE in the context of its interests which target, according to its Statute, theanalysis and evolution of European Law with all its implications, including from a concrete – applicative perspective, aims to continue its cycle of conferences focused on the actuality of the EU political-legal space, which started in year 2013 with the organizing, within its academic partnership with the Faculty of Administration Public within NUPSPA, of a new scientific event, respectively the second edition of this International Conference.
For this event, where issues of maximum interest will be presented and debated, both of a theoretical, scientific nature, but also of a practical, concrete character, especially in relation to the impact of the European regulations on the national legal order, are expected researchers, university academic staff, persons with office within the different European and national institutions of profile, as well as practitioners, from the level of the central and local public administration, in whose activity encounters interference with then forcement of the EU law or of other European exigencies.
The works of the2015 edition of the International Conference will take place Friday, October 30th, 2015, at the NSPSPA International Conference Center, located at 2 Emanoil Bacaloglu Street, sector 2, Bucharest (Pţa. Universităţii, vis-a-vis the High Court of Cassation and Justice).
The detailed schedule of the event will be available starting with the date of10.23.2015, after its completion, depending on the papers that will be presented and, respectively, published in the Conference Volume.
